Responsible for driving sales of the company’s industrial products, building strong customer relationships, meeting revenue targets, and expanding the customer base.

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients interested in industrial electrical products.
  • Present and demonstrate product capabilities to customers, explaining technical features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, invoices, and follow up on orders.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Provide market and competitor feedback to management for strategy refinement.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  • Results-oriented with good customer service ability.
  • Candidates with relevant working experience will be an added advantage.

You will work closely with senior Product Managers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure product success in the market.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing assigned product portfolios and related documentation.
  • Support product planning, launches, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare product information, pricing lists, and sales tools.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and principals on technical and commercial matters.
  • Support sales teams with product training and technical information.
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and inventory movement.
  • Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Job Description

Sales & Account Support

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
  • Follow up with customers on quotations and orders
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information when required

Order & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate order processing and ensure accuracy of sales documentation
  • Arrange packing and delivery with warehouse and logistics partners
  • Monitor delivery schedules and update customers on order status
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

Account Management

  • Support Account Managers in managing assigned accounts
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
  • Help identify potential opportunities within existing accounts

Administrative Support

  • Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts
  • Coordinate internally with purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Candidates with relevant working experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand technical or engineering products
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
